Exceptional service from the young gentleman that works there. My problem was a faulty drive and I needed the right screwdriver to open up the drive and see if the read/write heads were stuck on the platter. As they were quiet he offered to quickly have a look for free but on my risk which I accepted. As customers came in he ensured they were served first, correctly so, but he really expressed a level of customer service I have not seen for many, many months. My problem was not resolved as the drive seems to have crossed the rainbow bridge (my fault, not his) but he gained a loyal customer in me for future IT needs. Would I recommend them? Hell yeah. An exceptionally positive experience all round.

Purchased a USB car charger for R350, online and the same was R145.Shop around before buying here.

Pretty nice. Not a huge range of PC products but I've bought plenty of emergency earphones, keyboards, mice, and CAT cables here. They also have a cellular section but didn't have a cover for my (admittedly unusual) tablet. Don't really have any complaints but also nothing really stands out about the store.

Got 2 chargers here both broke in 3 days. Asked for an earphone recommendation got recommended terrible quality earphones which broke in 3 weeks. Not impressed

I had quite a weird issue with my PC in that was starting up but there was no comms from the PC to any of my monitors. I tried switching between the GPU as well as the on-board graphics, other cables, different cable types, but nothing.Long story short I was helped by Jason at LNR.He also tried a couple of things and then decided to remove and re-seat all the components (CPU, GPU, RAM etc.) and to clean everything as the dust was quite prevalent.He got the thing working again and did not charge me a cent as he said he did not replace anything. I really wanted to pay for the time spent, but they would hear none of it.Did not know this still happens. Thanks LNR and thanks Jason. Would definitely recommend you guys!

Friendly staff and decent prices. Not a lot of range, but perfect place if you need something PC related in a pinch.
