We are Contractors and we use their products often in our Entertainment areas and finishings around newly buildt properties or renovations. Really pulls it all together. They custom make the size, shape and colour you prefer!! Over and above that the service is exceptional and communication fantastic.

They sent wrong dimensinos (ordered 3x3x4 - received approx 3.1 x 3.3 x 3.7). They refuse to send what I ordered until I have couriered back the incorrect product at my own expense. They won't even acknowledge that it's an issue - saying I should rather have got a (extremely expensive) custom quote. When I asked to speak to a manager I got ghosted. Also, website is quite buggy, and they admit they don't even receive email sent to their address. I guess goedkoop is duurkoop.Update: they did send courier to fetch the offcut and a month later I received correct product
