Absolutely clueless! They will send you back and forth. Waste your time. This branch should just close down, rethink your customer policies and re-train your staff.

Pathetic customer service. Did a sim swop on the 24th Dec and now its the 6th of Jan with the number still not active. We were dealing with a lady named Alysia, she doesn't call back ,doesn't give any feedback. For the last 3 days they have gone to the extent of screening our numbers and not answering the call or rejecting the call after a few rings.

Waiting half hour in the line which did not move. Four customers in front of me and was told that it should be another 2 hour wait. Service behind the counter as well as network coverage aint to par. Going to have to cancel the contracts i have with them and move over to another network. All i needed done was a sim swap.

Horrible customer service. Offline to do a sim swap? How is that even possible? Told not to enter the store while others were able to just walts in. I wonder why.

Pathetic. 2.5 hours of my life wasted and they couldn't help me because they are incompetent. Staff disappears into the mysterious back room for anywhere between 10-30 minutes to check with their manager" meaning after you finally enter the store you have to sit and wait some more."

I had come to store on the 27th of June and I applied for a contract. The lady at the store tells me I have to wait 3 to 5 working days, I waited for more than a week and no one had got back to me, I then had called the call centre and they had told me it has been approved long ago. I went to store and complained and then they can't seem to find my documents. Then there's no stock of the phone and the lady said she will be picking one from the pinetown branch and she will call me to pick up the next day. It's been more than a week later and still eveytime you phone, someone answers and says the person's on leave and they will call me back yet nobody calls. It's rather very frustrating coz initially there was stock and its been a waste of time taking off from work and keep running back and forth yet nobody phones to even let us know. Telkom Chatsworth Centre Top level , by far the worst service store.I requested a cancellation and was told it has been processed , I need to await a call in the next three days. 20 days later I call the call centre only to find out that no cancellation request was submitted. (resolved the cancellation with the call centre agent)

The agent gave me a Sim card with no device. Said the device has no signal. But I took a contract on the number that comes with a device. When will I get my device.
