Reception was nice but the lady I had an appointment with was very harsh racist and plain rude..was my first experience and my last at la tome..they should just change their name to LA flop..bad bad experience didn't even look right when I left the hairdresser bt ja she can't do what I ask because she has another appointment not my problem I'm the client what I want you must provide.
