Melanie had us wait for our appointment for 50 minutes. We called, we hooted, we texted. She kept saying she was on an online meeting but would be done 30 minutes late. So we waited. No gate opened. No phone call back. No text back. Very, very unprofessional and with educational psychologists a dime a dozen, one would think she would keep an appointment. Found a new, wonderful educational psychologist an hour later!
