Game Queenstown

Huge variety.. Staff not too helpful from my personal experience overall happy to shop there again.. The times I have been there, there weren't enough till operators so queues were lagging over all most of my additional shopping I do at game.. Will gladly go again

I used to love this store I buy most of my house equipment from here but most of the time there is no one who can assistance on the things even if there is a very disrespectful ones it’s shameful what I experienced two days ago end up not buying it and live the store. Needs a some real management

Shocking shocking shockingDisgusting Service Levels .Cellphone Departments needs to be fired or upgrade on service levels .We stay 60 km away from Queenstown. Got there before 10 the morning we went to the cell phone department to upgrade our 2 contracts only to be advised there is only one (really only one) person who could assist and she is in training . What the hell NO BACK UP . What happens if she falls I'll or does what the hell thenWe were advised she will be back at 14:00 We decided to go shopping and came back at 14:00 waited for another hour and a half and still no service. The whole Cellphone department standing around chatting and playing onn the demo celll phones that you as a client cannot even have a look at it.Come on Game Manager or owner where is the supervision and device you supposed to give client .Will rather ride 129 Km tomorrow to Game Vincent where we know service is 100% better than Queenstown Jack up on your staff and service levels in this department

Most pathetic service ever went there friday to take my xbox in that was only five months old said i must come back to get a replacement monday they dnt supplier them anymore , went back today ( monday ) waiting to hours for a response. Now im told that i muat collect the xbox nd send it away myself.

The service is just ridiculous. Line almost by the door with only 2 tills open!! Almost NO prices on the items. Why don't you close down?

The worst shopping experience. Paid for the product and now im struggling to get it. Spend an hour on the phone to find out if i can come collect but phone keeps ringing and no help at all. Its almost like they have the money now we dont care.

Very poor service, guy that should help on floor walking around outside mall.
