Absolutely shocking service.The staff are extremely racist, the fidelity security guard swears at customers.It is completely unacceptable.They close and open as they please.

I visited the store during my lunch break, i stood in the queue for over an hr. Staff are rude and unhelpful. there are 8 tills but only 2 are operating, rest of the staff walk around behind the tills aimlessly, chatting and laughing. A lot of tills upstairs, which aren't in use. Such pathetic management. Really disappointing for a tfg store.

The store has a sign that says they close at 5pm but the doors were closed at 4:30pm and we were turned away.

Very inconvenient and the air conditioning doesn't work. Prices are too high as compared to previous shopping experience. Got cheaper and better clothing at ackermans
