I called the order line ordering cause i didnt want to wait i was in a hurry. They told me they dont take small orders and thats not how you treat customers. Big orders should be important as small orders cause they dont know my reason for placing an order. I was really not happy about the service.

I really don't understand why they use online system as when you come to collect the order you still wait a hour and customer's are complaining about waiting approximately 80 minutes for their order.

As one of the biggest franchise in the world and South Africa they not making any effort to stay powered up during loadshedding times. They just close their doors and wait for the electricity to come back and that alone makes people to lose interest in them as they're not able to get their food from their favorite restaurant.They should try to improve their services and be prepared like other businesses when loadshedding Hits.
