That particular shop, as compared to other Shoprite outlets, has a lot of till points on duty every time I go there. As a result I never experience very long queues there particularly. The express till points for less than 10 items are on one side. I often use them.

Service is basically non existent, some staff are most of the time unfriendly an unfortunately constantly look like they don't want to be there. Always wait for more than an hour in the queue. What also makes the wait long is some of the cashiers don't even have packers, they have to do it themselves which makes the wait even longer. Overall, very unpleasant experience.
