Friendly stuff and fresh food always.Downside: Got there before 9pm that day and was told that the meat was finished for the day, they couldn't give me any meaty order but everything else on the menu was available

Waited more than 30min for my order, drive through customers got preference over the customers ordering inside the shop, i ordered inside waited more than 30min for my food just to get home and have been given the wrong order. Was so hungry by that time, i ate what i got even though it was less than what i ordered.

The staff here are the dumbest most useless things I have witnessed. So we order the special which we have to pick up at counter, but I wanted extra mash so my wife asks to add and we told we can't. Instead of saying sure and doing a new order. Customer service and brains are non-existent.

Worst experience ever waited 25 min after Mr D app food will be ready for pickup and its not that they can't serve you as more that 2 Mr D delivery guys came and waited for they orders then got it and left people entering the KFC ordered and left I Had to make a damm seen there to get my order never again I will order from them and Mr D on this order sucked too as they ask you to rate the service even before you received your food otherwise it would been a 1 start for them too

I am not very keen on ordering from them again. It is not value for money anymore. I really felt done in. Their burgers are like kids burgers even the double burgers are expensive but very small. They got the order wrong and the crush arrived open and about half was out so we did not even consumed either one of the crushes that arrived. They called me back, I can get the Coleslaw and crush for free next time I order but through Mister D there is no space for notes to the restaurant. I am very disappointed in kfc

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of the staff at your establishment. Specifically, one of your staff members working at the cashier exhibited absolute rudeness and refused to assist me with my order. Furthermore, I perceived their behavior as being racially biased, which greatly bothers me. It is important to note that if your staff members are unwilling to provide assistance, it will ultimately result in a lost sale for your business
