It is such a cool place, part of the cafe is a shop but I didn't have the opportunity to explore tody.Atmosphere was great and food was delicious. The lady at the counter was very friendly, definitely a nice experience.I am glad that I found this place, will be back to try out few other dishes on the menu. PS: the chilli sauce is freaking hot, like real hot! Loved it!

I have not been there in ages and so glad I went today for an amazing lunch and bought loads of stuff . I never needed. Yum yum yum . Totally the best milkshakes by far and vetkoek was out of this world. Then sweet treats . I am just so happy my mom could enjoy the experience with me as she was visiting from South Africa . Will be back .

New owners. My vetkoek was half the size and so was the tarts. Looks like someone took a bite from it. Very dodgy looking piece of peppermint creme tarts

Nice place to meet some fellow south Africans with a nice choice of S.A. goods. Some of the items you can get in the supermarkets nowadays at better prices , probably all from the same distributor. I would like to see something 'different' maybe some nice curios that can be picked up in S.A. and Zim at very inexpensive prices, especially with the exchange rate nowadays.Good coffee, food not bad.

It’s like being at the rugby. Get job with the food. The Russian and chips was excellent. Definitely going to try and lamb curry toastie next time

It's like a South African experience to visit this cafe. The Afrikaner owner has been in Perth for 7 years and still has his strong accent. He is very friendly and welcoming and takes particular pleasure in explaining his chilli sauces made in the Kitchen and available for sale. They are delicious. There is a variety of South African grocery items for sale including 5 Roses tea. Great menu selections. A variety of biltong. We were treated to some cooked sisters to sample the chilli sauces. Thoroughly recommend this cafe.

Great little Cafe for a catch up with friends. A bite to eat and chat. Staff are lovely, friendly and polite. Also sell a few gourmet treats to take home. Recommend a visit.

Toasties and food with attitude and tradition. You have to experience the rustic charm and cultural patina woven into every aspect of Kalahari. Great, authentic and tasty food to be found in a friendly atmosphere.
