Poor communication from their staff, very rude on the phone, impatient and disrespectful. I was not happy at all, especially after that gentleman bang down a phone on my Ear, I was just asking if are they supplying the Hospitals.

Had a very bad experience at Abbotior East London, Cambridge.From the Manager Jerry to his staff Members everyone is plain out rude They were unable to communicate what time they close their store. On the phone I was told they close at 11am when I get to the gate they close at 10:30am.The security guard at the gate had a very bad attitude, lacked communication skills, no willingness to help the customer and the Manager shouts, was unable to resolve a conflict between me and the staff, This was very unacceptable to say the least and I do not tolerate bad service in any shape of form

So disappointing and I think their staff are helping people they know. Customer relations are poor. Called them to book for some offal, but when I got there I was told that its sold out, despite of order placed prior. Staff is not friendly to people they do not know.
