Normally the waiting time is not long. But I recently went and I had to wait from 10am to 14pm it was on a Monday and I heard other patients complaining about Mondays. They said Fridays might be ideal.Otherwise I prefer Athlone clinic. Toilets could be cleaner as this is a clinic and they could provide enough toilet paper. The nurses/ staff are helpful and not rude. There is one or two rude ones but not all.The queue is always short. There is a tuckshop opposite the clinic and a library next door. Taxis are very scarce. So, maybe you can use an online cab service just to get to the nearest taxi rank (The Galleria Mall).

Very bad service. The staff take extremely long tea and lunch breaks while people are waiting for service. I arrived at 13h30 for my baby's vaccine and staff were on lunch. Lunch continued for more than an hour until 14h40. Then they moaned at me for bringing my baby so late". The clinic is supposed to close at 16h00 so I don't understand their bad attitude and moaning for arriving at 13h30. We are working people who have to take time off work to vaccinate our kids. The staff just don't want to help people after lunch."

Good hearted staff.very friendly. But u should have patience bcs this is not a private hospital. I go for my anti natal clinic here. This is second baby
