Very unethical people do deal with. I have a recording of Shanel abusing and swearing me on the phone and threatening to hit me . She put us in an outbuilding never informed us that the people next door do panel beating and there's noise all day. When we queried about the broken stuff in the house we was notified that we are a nuisance to deal with and was given an eviction notice her service is terrible she treats her clients with no respect before we can move in the property my husband could only be available after 6 after paying our deposit we asked her if we can meet after 6 to sign she said no she's got her own things to do we can get a refund if we not happy thankfully I still have all these.messages and my phones has call recorder because she is very unethical please don't deal.with this agency it's her way or no way at all she has no respect for people and acts like a bully and her mother as well I've delt with another agent afterwards and she was so kind and considerate to our working hours she works at relax and let me say she even made arrangements for viewings after hours cause of work
