Not a company that likes honouring guarantees. That’s the distinct impression I got after speaking to ITS's Brendan about servicing my heat pump. After innocently querying about the a guarantee, he went out of his way to throw as many obstacles as possible in my way in case I wanted to pursue a claim. ITS should coach its staff to deal more professionally with these matters and to be a lot more accommodating and helpful over the phone. The service standards shown was very poor and left much to be desired. We happen to have three ITS heat pumps installed and to be confronted with such a tone and manner was totally unacceptable for a good client.

I've dealt with ITS a couple of time over the years and always have had good service. The Solar systems they sell are in my opinion the best quality as the one on my last house ran for over 10 years without a single glitch.The only issue I had was after ten Years I had to replace the circulation pump which was just over R1200 which I would say is not bad for a pump which worked everyday for 10 years. Needles to say on my newly built house I have returned to ITS and installed another Evacuated tube solar system.
