Great woolies. Probably the best I've been too. Just unfortunately too far away from my home. Which is poopy.Would love it if they move closer to Randburg.

I had the worst experience of my life at this store. I went to buy a salad for lunch, and they didn't have disposable spoons, knives, forks or even a serviette. I ask the cashier to call the supervisor which she did. She came to the till very reluctantly. When I asked her how was I supposed to eat my salad, she shrugged her shoulders. When I said to her I will give her a bad review, she turned around and walked off. How is that for customer service? This is definitely not what I expect from Woollies.

This is unheard of !! If you are Gluten free... please note that Woolworths SW 5 only carers for you special need at 9:00 am if you come to the store to buy a Gluten free bread at 10:00 am sorry your out of luck, they told me this morning if I'm not in the store at 9:00 to buy gluten free bread then unfortunately for me...they have nothing left ....have they ever heard of back stock ???

This woolworths usually has wonderful staff. But the teller I had today at teller 3, should have been working at checkers. Unfriendly, sullen and clearly was not happy doing what she does. Not up to woolies standard!!

I wish you would stock beyond meat, more often, dairy free icecream and more sugar free products. Staff always friendly and helpful.
