Signed a contract with Bidvest Steiner for my company and firstly they took ages to sign me up despite me sending through all documentation. On installation of the products, they ommited the seat sanitser and didn't inform us. I had to call in the company who gave me a run around as to why the SHE bins weren't being cleaned and why the invoices were not being sent or debit orders being sent. They finally sent through a company who agreed to clean the SHE bins at an added cost which is no problem at all. Today we are sitting without toilet paper and being passed on from dept to dept as everyone has either stepped out or left for the day. Invoices are also incorrect and May's invoice has a different price to June invoice for same services and my company address has been captured incorrectly. So happy to cancel this unprofessional company!!!
