Their 6 month guarantee is worthless. They repaired my door and after they left I paid via EFT. I then discovered a screw they had not put back properly so phoned Petesha. He promised to fix it at 09h00 in 2 days time. At 09h35 on the promised day I phoned Petesha again and he assured me they would be there. Still waiting. Now I wish I had not paid them so quickly. Still waiting for them to fix my door 3 months later, and I see their website has been suspended.

Probably one of the if not the worst experience dealing with this company and Eric. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER dealing with them. Hes deceitful and will make empty promises, he simply does not care about your time or appointment. He mentions you have guarantee on the work done so that he can close the sale.. only to find out later a rushed and poor job execution without any guarantee nevermind avoiding all calls.

Made an appointment with Eric, so set time aside for this, people did not show up. Asked to move appointment to the next day. I offered ANY time to them, whatever suited them. Again they did not pitch up.Your customers have lives and jobs. When they make an appointment with you, they cannot sit around all day to wait for you to arrive when it suits you.Have some respect for your customers and prioritise their time.My time was wasted and I am appalled.Never using this service thanks. Clearly my money is not wanted here.EDIT AFTER RESPONSEThe attempt at using my review to advertise that they rate themselves as the largest aluminium door repairs service" is pathetic. By what metric is this measured? Definitely not by satisfied customers...And yes I was informed that your team couldn't make the time that they chose and missed both appointments.The scheduling channels need to be improved
