Absolutely unreliable service, promises and no action. Slow and (not all) but some personnel are very choosy who they assist with friendliness and who not. Personnel (not all) are not interested in solving problems and force one to become ugly and fight!! I will NEVER EVER make use of MTN just because of the service received at this branch. I have taken my business to another service provider.

bad sevice. just because I have a query that only a mtn DIIRECT store, doesn't mean u should chase me out of ur shop as if I have the virus. I have been a client of mtn for more than ten years and never have I been treats so terrible..

For 3 days I couldn't be helped, Walter and Petunia gave empty promises not answering the phone. Pathetic service to say the least. I will be taking this further, customers are undermined.

Bad experience. Waiting for 3 weeks now to get my upgrade. After documents were signed. MTN Highveld Mall promissed the phone will be there within 3 - 4 days. Its been 3 weeks now and no one contacts you. I need a number for head office pleaseWant to submit an official complaint against the shop.
