Loved my experience! The place was so easy to get an appointment…the parking was easy…the place was clean…doctor friendly and efficient. My husband and I both have had great experiences here! After two bad previous experiences with different places (not Mediwell) I am so grateful to find this place. I went to Dr. Pauline and she was lovely!

I have been going to Mediwell for a while, and on all occasions, I have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and efficient, the doctors explain everything to me and they take their time when consulting. I have recommended it to my family and friends and we are all happy.

The doctors are great, very professional and really listen to issues you may have but most of all the consultation is never hurried. But can’t say the same for the nurses, i was put on a drip and the nurse left me till I started to bleed out. I had to call for another another nurse to come take it out.

We feel like we're part of the family at Dainfern. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Having sick kids can be very stressful and the Mediwell team are always kind and patient towards us. Thanks everyone. We'll keep coming back for many years to come.

Very bad service from mediwell, I will never use or refer any of their services to anyone. I set up an appointment for 9:30am to see a doctor and I only received help at around 10:20 ,almost an hour later. We came there looking for assistance as my partner had broken he's finger, we waited an hour for assistance, no communication from the staff as to why our appointment wasn't honored on time. We sat there while he was in pain we were not even offered pain killers and when they finally decided to offer attention we were told that they can't help us. Extremely disappointing service

The most unprofessional and ridiculous medical centre. I booked via whatsapp for mealses booster vaccines for my two kids. I was told i have to see medical dr first which is fine, then when i arrived on the the day of appointment there was no appointment made and the dr has left. I was rudely told that my appointment was for another day ( which is not true as i have whatsapp conversations) then i was told they will find another dr for my kids then ten min after that i was told the sister has left. This is extremely unprofessional and the staff members are not taking responsibility for their mistakes i would never take my kids or recommend anyone to come here.

I received stellar service at Mediwell. I went there for an appointment with Dr Mokotedi who was very assuring and put me at ease. The staff is friendly and they ensure that you are always looked after during your time there. As a person who’s naturally anxious about hospitals and any type of medical care, I am happy to say that I was extremely at peace because of the exceptional service I received. I am definitely going back!

I love Going to Mediwell Drip BarI went along with my 90yrs young granny and she loved every moment , we both got a drip at the same time, I always feel supercharged after one of the sessions.Area was clean staff friendly kind and professional.
