They say my car is no longer in the system since it is more than 10years old but they make sure they get it serviced everytime I go there.

I love the place, when you enter the place, they treat people like Kings and Queens. The cars are of high quality with less prices. They can solve your problems so fast no matter what. Their cars are strong, durable and clean.

Worst Service ever from this Branch. I booked my CX5 for service andthey check all faulty items and give me quote which i paid for(R18000). but when i left service yard after the car was serviced, The car started to bind the rear tires. The workshop Manager by the Name of Hein is refusing to replace the faulty part. when the car was booked in it never had the binding issue. I cant recommend anyone to use this mazda branch. Their service is a disaster.

Worst consumer experience of my entire life. Bought my car late last year, was delivered to me with stains on the interior roof, the passenger side at the back was dirty cause the delivery lady decided to give a lift to a stranger along the way (it was raining, there was mud on my new carpet floors!). On top of that, she came with a passenger who was eating chocolate and smeared some on the fabric front seat. The car had over 70 more kms than the maximum distance between the dealership and my delivery address.Not to mention that I had paid for extras (anti-smash & grab) which was not installed. Makes you think about whether the car really went through a proper quality check, doesn't it? To top it off my car hasn't been even registered and it has been over 30 days now.
