High google ratings are clearly for when they are punting and marketing their products. Exchange policy for what is supposed to be a premium product leaves a lot to be desired though. The attitude and assumptions from Anet does not help the issue at all.

The staff at this store were very helpful. The scents are lovely. Only wished they had new scents. I have rose oud cologne and really love it.
