Very expensive..took my cat to the vet to be examin... Not much results, cat had to be taken to another vet as it did not get better. Very disappointed

It was one of the toughest things I've ever had to do, saying goodbye to my beloved cat Mimi. But Dr Hoole and his staff were so gentle and kind, it really helped. I can recommend them to any animal loving person out there.

The most expensive vet in town. Asking exuberant amounts of money for simple procedure. This vet clearly profits off sick animals. STAY FAR AWAY.

Most amazing Staff, Doc is a superstar even at 4 in the morning for an emergency appointment for our new baby's to be born, pleased to announce we have grown with 4 newbees and they all healthy, thanks again Doonside VH you guys Rock

The staff were good and caring but I was not happy with the treatment from the vet I had taken my bird wings to get clipped and had specifically asked for the bird to be under anesthetic at reception . The vet very roughly kept snipping of feathers before confirming, I had then asked for the bird to be under anesthesia as he was stressed and howling. My pet was taken to another room which I asked to come inside and was not allowed to be was put in the carrier before coming too. He had removed feathers unevenly and more than required, removing feathers should not be to disable flight completely! Seemed like the vet was not sure what he was doing and didn't show much concern, I will never go there again to have his wings clipped. My pet was not himself for the rest of the day.

Excellent service; brought 2 of my calves sick to death; now they fixed up; im a happy man.

Today i just want to thank you doonside veterinary. Our yorkie was hit by a car yesterday. We rushed her to the vet. They immediately helped her. They saved our baby. That dog is my daughter's everything. The next day she was already better. They kept her for one night to make sure everything is ok. You will never understand what it meant to us. BEST VET IN AMANZIMTOTI. Thank you

These people are a useless bunch. Receptionist was rude, obnoxious, lacked empathy and had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. She displayed the most abhorrent behaviour I've witnessed from anyone in a long time.The Doctor also left much to be desired. He played a huge guessing game for some time as to what could be wrong with my dog. Then he said, if he dies

Small but very effective and friendly. Have good quality products and very friendly service.
