iStore East Rand Mall
I went to iStore East Rand Mall thinking my speaker on the top is broken and I was told that it may need to be repaired which will result in a screen replacement, then I was assisted by Technicians, Sandile Xulu and Yonela Malunga. They gave my phone a proper cleaning service and dirt and Dust was off my speakers after that my phone was working a 110%. The service was exceptional. Highly recommend East Rand Mall.

Got my SE watch.Great assistance from the technical team, they deserve a 5 star. I got assisted by Khalirendwe, I’m looking forward to the experience and just enjoying the watch.I must say, poor assistance from Jackie, who seemed to be responsible for the current Shift. I wouldn’t wish for anyone to be assisted by her on their purchase.

I’ve been having troubles with my daughter’s iPad for sometime now and out of all iStores I went to iStore Eastrand Mall actually resolved the issue. They did it so speedily and I was ultimately satisfied. There was someone willing to assist me from the time I set foot in store. I’m so happy that my daughter will finally be able to use her iPad again. The technician that assisted me was Sandile, assisted by Khalirendwe, I highly recommend them. Very knowledgeable and skilled and overall very professional. Thank you iStore Eastrand Mall!

Don't buy any Microsoft Office products from this store, you will struggle to activate them as the stock is inactive & wrong references are used. Been four months now and I am still struggling to activate it/get a refund.

The service was poor. When I arrived at the store and told them EXACTLY what type of phone I needed, they confirmed that they had it and that I should wait to be helped. After an hour of waiting, I was informed that the phone I wanted was out of stock. They must drastically improve their bad customer service.

I came to the store more than three times just to get the speaker to be repaired thanks to Sandile and Khali for the best service one of technician he advised me to update the software imagine for a speaker issue. I did not ask questions since I just felt was sending me away . In a polite manner.
