Half the time they don't understandAsk to cancel xtra view as I had 2 decoders on xtra disconnected me now my xtra view does not play at all been phoning to no avail

Incredible 10 star service from Pozisa on Saturday morning 20 November 2021. She gave excellent advice, recommended the best package for us, guided us through the process and arranged installation. 3 hours later we were up and running with a new decoder, new satellite dish and a professional installation by Horizon Satellite Systems. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you.

Visited the this store 3 times and each the service was deplorable. Staff have no service skills. They are of the sad opinion, they are doing you a favor. In this current state of the economy, I would think it would be pertinent to keep your job or maybe they have too much job security

No service, at all from this agency. I had to go back x2 in one day, as the service is so poor. Trying to sort out our DSTV decoder. To find 2 ladies behind the service counter eating Nicknack chips, whilst trying to attend to my problem. I was then told to go back to Hss, the installers as our 4 month old decoder has NO warranty. I can not even rate the above. Sad, to see the lack of work ethics.
