I wish I went through the reviews before going there last week Friday to buy a TV. They are very unprofessional and don’t give clear instructions to the customer. Rude manager I would say. I got home and the TV has got a crack now they are tell me it is my fault that I didn’t test the tv before leaving the store. Now I have to spend more money for legal fees. Do not Go and Buy there !!!!

I'm not even going to talk about the product. The service was so horrid that I actually took the product back and spent a little extra somewhere else to not deal with incredible connection. I have never been addressed so disrespectfully in my life. Do they not train their staff? The manager was not even interested in helping. Only after we had recieved our money back did he attempt to correct the situation- a desperate attempt to save his and the technicians name. I am appalled.

Do not hesitate to even walk into their stores. Pathetic customer service from the technician and manager.My wife and I wanted to purchase a laptop from them that INCLUDED Microsoft Office 365. So then the technician went on to say that we can’t leave the store without him installing the Microsoft office which he has to charge R350 for the service. So I told him I could do it myself which he replied that only they have the product key for the installation. How does that make sense?? You want to charge your customers for something you have to include in the product.The technician by the name of Martin was very unprofessional and twisted our words to make it seem like we were at fault. So we will never be buying from any incredible connection again. We decided to take our business to Makro and they assisted us wonderfully

First time we went youngster had no idea what he was talking about. Went back later and an experienced salesman attended to us. Made purchase. Lovely, friendly service from both him and at cashpoint.

As was shared by a previous review I would give Incredible Connection Baywest PE a Zero if I could. Went into the shop over the past weekend and asked about a product and unfortunately I am not all that clued up on the technical side of computers, the assistant was a bit embarrassed by his colleagues who were standing on the side having a conversation but overheard my request. These 2 staff members started laughing, but instead of maybe helping (which is what they are there for) they made me feel like a fool. Needless to say I walked out and will never again put my foot into Incredible Connection again

It is really difficult to rate this shop. The gentleman that assisted me was good, the time spent waiting for a Vodacom contract for a Laptop deal was unacceptable- 3 hours - to only hear that the contract was approved with a condition. I had to pay R14 000.00 upfront for a R10 000.00 laptop.As I have been with Vodacom since October 1999, this condition did not make sense. When I asked how does this work, i was told to contact Vodacom. After 3 hours and 15 min, I bought the laptop cash and left the shop.I called Vodacom Customer Care and was informed that they cannot give any reason for the deal's special condition and as I did an instore application, I need to follow up any questions with the store in question.My frustration: I live 2 hours' away in Joubertina, so there is no way that I can justify driving another 4 hours' to ask what caused the condition for the approval of the contract.Most annoying part was that I was referred to THIS store by a friend whom had positive dealings in the last 3 three years with them.I still do not know why the deal was such a long, tedious process or whether I would suggest either service provider to anyone....

Wow, just wow! Pathetic to say the least. Google doesn't allow 0 out of 5 stars, otherwise it would be. Went there on Sunday just before 12pm. Needed to buy a laptop. Had my mind set on one model after doing some research. Was preapproved for credit... by them. After submitting all neccesary paperwork in-store for vetting again, was told 20-30min for a reply. Waited for 3 hours!(waited, left, came back. Waited some more) Mind you in all that time the only question that was asked was, what do you want to buy? At the desk where the vetting takes place, the answer I gave was a laptop". Nothing further was asked. Not what model or spec or price range I was looking for etc. Just before 3pm

Second time I'm replacing the same model of headphones, I'm sick of the shops return policy. Each time it has to go away for evaluation which takes 3 weeks then I get a store credit not my money back. The manager needs to study the consumer protection act.
