Fantastic therapist, Emma, made the experience. Reception staff were a bit confused with our booking (after confirming multiple times) and not sure who was booked for which treatment and it was a rushed check in to begin the first treatment on time. I'd allow 30 minutes at least to arrive, relax with a drink and fill out the forms and then change into gowns and slippers. The advised 15 minutes was too short. The floatation pool requires maintenance and was missing tiles with sharp edges sticking out. The heated pool area only has 4 loungers so we couldn't get a seat. The therapy rooms are lovely though with ambient lighting and en suite showers. A mixed review, I look forward to improvements to the facilities and more of a relaxed greeting conducive to a spa day.

Amazing experience! We were welcomed and shown to the changing room where we got robes, slip slops and towels. The indoor pool is more of a big jacuzzi as the water is really warm and there are lots of jets which was great! After our swim we had a massage and we left feeling incredibly relaxed.

My kids gifted my wife a voucher for Mother’s Day . She used it for her birthday and wow she could not stop talking about her Amazing experience. From the therapist being very professional and informative during her facial and massage. And the next therapist truly going out of her way to make my wife feel comfortable and at ease during her pedicure. The facilities are truly beautiful. Thank you Life Day Spa Waterfront

I recently had an absolutely incredible spa experience with an extraordinary therapist, Annie. Not only was the massage truly exceptional, but her stunning presence added a touch of elegance to the entire session. Her expertise and skill were evident throughout, leaving me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend booking with Annie.

Yesterday we decided to skip our usual pedicure spot and visit Life Day Spa for our pedicures.What an experience, we opted for the Fire & Ice" pedicure which includes hot and cold stones. First of all the spa has amazing facilities and its beautiful. Lots of areas to lounge and enjoy a coffee

We had a super time at the Life Day Spa. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the venue is really nice.Unfortunately the building itself had a power failure when we were there so the day was a bit challenging with the jacuzzi not working and not being able to get gelish polish done, but it was a nice experience non the less.
