I've called the contact number 3 times, no answer over two hour period. The address must be wrong as 16 Bree Street is a luxury apartment building and none of the security guards knew of any garage door repair service.I don't think this place is in business anymore.

Tried to upsell me into buying a new motor when all it required was some reprogramming. Deliberately and repeatedly gave me misleading advice to extort extra revenue. Fixed it myself easily in the end by downloading the manual and resetting the software settings
