I had the worst experience of my life at this unit. Was treated like trash... More than 9 patients were made to skip the Q... Was there early enough for my 10am appointment only to be finally connected at 12:15pm.Efforts to speak with the unit manager to raise my concerns were thwarted by the receptionist
