Love Poetry and staff is always friendly and helpful, however I had a poor experience this past Saturday. Asked for help and was sort of laughed at and staff did not make me feel welcome or satisfied with my query. Does not matter if your brand is exclusive, you always need to make a customer feel happy when they are in your store…

I enquired about the beautiful throws priced at R1500, was told the green one was the same as blue so I asked her to show me so I could decide, clearly she was not pleased to make the effort to unroll the throw and then it was discovered this green one is jungle leaf print and she said it's same on both sides, it's not its pink coloured on the reverse side, I was told it's the same print as blue throw so just as well I checked. Then only one cashier open busy with others for some time, its taking forever waiting to pay.

Staff is SO rude. Soooo rude. I love Poetry Staff but this branch is terrible. I will drive all to Woodlands, out of my way to be helped with care and kindness.
