Beautiful course in stunning condition which is easy to see why it is a Top 10 course in SA. A true championship parkland course that will test even the best golfers. Friendly efficient service, and a warm welcome will ensure a good day out. Highly recommend any avid golfer takes on this challenging course.

They say that if you play the Glendower Golf course you can play on any golf course. I’m not going to lie, it's a challenge for me being a newbie to the game of golf. I have always wanted to play golf and to be part of a golf club. The one thing that was stopping me from doing so was the absorbent club fee UNTIL I came across the Ladies Membership fees at the Glendower Golf Club. For only R599 per month I can play 4 times a month on any Tuesday or Wednesday. The ladies I play with and who I have met at the GGC have welcomed me with open arms. They are an amazing group of ladies and are alway available for a round of golf. The club captain and one of the oldest members even went out of their way to meet with me just before I started to welcome me to the club.The golf course itself is known to be an exquisitely designed, highly ranked parklands golf course. It’s currently ranked number 4 in South Africa. The fairways are like a picture perfect postcard and are in immaculate condition. They have some amazing bird life to see along the way while enjoying your round of golf.I highly recommend this golf course to all. Hope my review will entice you to come and have a look. Come and have a great day out at an amazing venue.

Beautiful golf course but unfortunately this will be my last visit to Glendower. From the get go they made mistakes with our breakfast order and then forgot my order all together. Young manager there stepped in but there was no real attempt in making the situation right. This was then followed by a ball spotter that last two players balls on the first hole. Matters got worse when we said we were swapping him out. This spotter (Joseph) then started telling players how bad they were at the game and was very rude to the one female player. This was brought to management's attention and yet nothing was done. To add insult to injury upon leaving the greensman hunted us down to remind us that the first spotter (Joseph) hadn't been tipped - yet we had paid at reception and even pre-ordered a meal for half way house. Very disappointed with this Golf Club and the manner in which the situation was handled

One of the most beautiful Golf course in S. A. if you are a golfer this is the place to be. Perhaps you want to eat out, the club has got one of the most amazing food Ever with the best chefs. For some of you who love nature, the river that runs across the golf course will give you an out of suburb experience along with so many different birds found there. Why wait go see for yourself.
