A friend recommended Next Gen.I took the plunge and booked in my wife's Polo 6R for a major service.Aircon also serviced with some fancy machine,which vacuums old gas, adds lube and refills. This was all new to me, and still cheaper than the guys on the side of the road. Tyron is such a humble guy and staff friendly too. Needless to say, my experience was nothing but stellar.

Reviews have a two way purpose. It either highlight's the awesome service one receives, or you voice the exact opposite. Every one is entitled to their own opinion based on their experience, be it good or bad. My experience was horrible.. Not only did I pay thousands of rands to have my car fixed, I ended up having a list of additional problems! My car was driven there on 28 August and for 3 months I was given the run around on all the problems" on my car. When I eventually got my car back the indicator lights were not working

Have had several people looks at my car and over charge me for work that was unnecessary and never solved the issue.I came to NGA for JUST an assessment and was helped and they actually fixed the problem immediately.
