So many great things to say, that I'll list them out:1. Exceptional customer service. Seriously, this is rare.2. Fast shipping. I've received my orders within two days of placing them.3. True to size. Just like the web site says, order your usual size and you won't be disappointed.4. Nice packaging. Each item is received nicely folded in its own clear ziplocked bag.5. I took my time to actually order because I wasn't sure it was a trustworthy site (as none of my friends had used it before and I had no mutuals on IG lol). But I was desperate for a beautiful dress for a wedding I'm attending soon, of which this site had plenty, and I finally took the plunge. Tammy was SO kind & helpful & accommodating.I don't usually buy online either, so I struggled with my size, and she helped me figure it all out. It was just a really easy, pleasant experience. My dress also came WAY earlier than I expected, so that was a bonus!Anyway, I highly recommend!

I was so upset with my initial wedding dress I had bought, and shopped around (I never do online shopping) and I saw a dress on Princess Lola Boutique that I fell in love with, at first I was hesitant, once I received my order (on time) I put the dress on and tears of relief just rolled down my face I was over the moon with how beautiful and perfect it was !!! The size was accurate and the quality was just stunning, I received many compliments on my wedding day, guests were saying how exquisite and stunning the dress was !!!
