Fantastic Cleaners

We had 3 ovens professionally cleaned including a very well used commercial oven. I couldn’t believe the transformation. Super quick and an excellent job. Very flexible with timing and made sure I was happy before they left.

Hassan was awesome he arrived on time and no muck around. He assessed what needed to be done and deep cleaned, sanitised and deodorised my lounge suite. It looks and smells amazing. Having all this done definitely saved me time.

2 Large Sofas, 3 arm chairs and an office chair were all cleaned and have come up looking almost as new and smelling even better than brand new. Professional, punctual and friendly service. Will be recommending.

1. They claim they left a message with 1 hour's notice that the cleaners are going to be 5 hours late. Not acceptable.2. From my end, they didn't even leave a message. There's no such message in my inbox for any of the numbers that Fantastic was using to communicate with me. I was left waiting for several hours.3. When the cleaners finally arrived, it was 6 hours after the scheduled time.4. It was almost impossible to get someone on the phone to ask where the cleaners were. The automated service just referred me to the website and hung up. None of my callback messages were returned.5. When I finally got someone on the phone, they were rude and made no attempt to make things better.6. The cleaning service wasn't even particularly good. I was assured prior to the service that it would include basic spot cleaning for the walls, but the walls were untouched and still had a lot of cleanable marks. And the sides of the drawers still had grease stains.Basically, what you need to know about Fantastic is that they subcontract their work to anyone they can and take no accountability for it. A customer would be much better off booking a provider directly so that they at least know what they're getting.If you have a booking with Fantastic (unfortunate) and need to discuss a problem (likely), I suggest using the phone options to book a new service - they might talk to you then. Anything to do with an existing service will get you redirected to their website.UPDATE (10/03/23): Following my reviews, Fantastic has reached out, apologised and refunded part of my cleaning fee. They also offered to send someone out to rectify the cleaning issues (which I declined), and assured me that all of the customer service and contact issues will be fixed in future. Frankly, the only way is up.

What an amazing and professional job. Lovely people too. Would highly highly recommend. Was an end of lease clean, the best professional clean I have ever had. They cleaned absolutely everything perfectly (not just what is listed). Great job.

Used Fantastic services for a bond clean on my 2 bed 1 bath apartment in Woollahra. They were friendly, helpful and did a thorough job. Also very well priced. Would definitely recommend these guys. Thanks for your service.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Was charged $650 for a deep clean in which no more than a $200 (if not less) job was done. They booked to come back and fix it twice and rescheduled or did not show. And then only got a refund of $150. Would not recommend this experience to anyone. Photo's below were how my house was after the 'deep clean'.

Scheduled a carpet cleaning service today, the cleaner came on time, and he is polite, friendly and easy to communicate. He did his job great, and helped to open the windows to ensure the room is ventilated to dry the carpet.
