We ordered an Insta360 OneX charger and an Insta360 GO 2 camera from 180by2. Best price we could find and superb service received. Dusty Modika answered queries we made via Whatsapp promptly (like, immediately) - even out of business hours (sorry, Dusty) - and kept all promises. Free delivery was made within 24 hours (Gauteng to KZN) and their courier service (Courier Guy) kept us updated every step of the way. Very impressed!

What a pleasure to deal with them.I went to collect 2 extra batteries for my insta360 one x2. They sent me a pin and I found the place very easy, they had what I wanted. Quick in and out. It's nice when staff know what they are doing, and very friendly.If you need a insta360 camera, this is where you want to get it.

I must say that I have recieved great service from 180by2 dealt with them twice within the last month and I would highly suggest them to anybody...( I purchased a camera from them and the touch screen was not too responsive ) they did not hesitate to replace it within 48 hours )

I bought the insta 360 one x 2 from them a few months back and what a great camera.I haven't had that good service from any company in a while. From the first day I phoned 180by2 for information till the the last of my products arrived it was an absolute pleasure.There was a few problems with out of stock items and I was told it will take 5 working days for the camera to arrive and longer for some of the accessories I ordered. They've heared the excitement for my new toy in my voice and arranged for delivery of the camera for the next day in Cape Town. They replaced the out of stock accessories with the better and more expensive products for no charged to me and it arrived a few days later.The client, their service, communication and there ability to make the client happy is amazing.Well done 180by2!
