Please change the trading hours to closed and don't waste people's time. Had to drive to Mutual to find out that they are closed during the pandemic

Awesome service and customer care from Thembi. This is my 3rd upgrade experience with her. Her service is so excellent that I followed her from Century City to Mutual Park to upgrade my contract.

MTN needs to retrain the 2 ladies there. They are incompetent and unprofessional. They could not do something simple for me for hours and hours...i then went to N1 city MTN store and it took less than 10mins to sort my issue
