No amount of renovation or upgrades can eliminate the extremely poor service delivery. Think you will quickly go through the drive through, get ready to wait between 30 to 50 minutes (if you're lucky) to receive your food

Always make mistakes with orders. Don't pack everything in bag, never any mayonnaise in coleslaw, and almost never any mash. Horrible KFC. I dont even call customer service anymore because they never improve.

One of the slowest KFC's I have ever been atPlease guys fix this issue, this is not the first time at all. There are times I have to switch off the car and sit and wait for almost 15min just for one order to be completed.Thank you for reading and I hope you can resolve this issue

I found the staff friendly, they are somehow slow on the drivethru, however the food is so fresh and good.

Bad customer service! I got wrong orders and the food was prepared as if they don't want. Fries had no salt and twisters were not well prepared, they were dripping weird liquid (not sauce)!!!!

I ordered burgers and wings. The order was right, and the extras that were requested were included. However, the chicken was not as fresh as other branches. The overall service was good but just prior to our order being handed to us, chips from our order was taken out of our packet to fill another person's order and we were then told to wait longer, which was very disrespectful to witness as a customer.

Train your staff to listen to what we order and not do as they please...last night I ordered 1 x zinger meal with them cup coke and one zinger burger on it's own...I was charged for the zinger meal with a buddy coke.....on both burgers I told thebcahsier I wanted zinger sauce.....but that did not happen...won't be visiting this store ever ...was in last night around 8pm

It says that this place is open 24 hours. When I stopped here last night at 1am because I wanted food and and my friend had to use the bathroom. Even though all the windows were open and I saw a bunch of staff inside, they still told me “we’re closed”
