This morning was an experience of staff carrying the manager.... disgusting!!What happened with you lead from the top.... obvious not at Longridge Restaurant......You advertise that you open at 8am and our function of 12pp was booked for 8:30am. Which has been booked far in advance and confirmed again yesterday.Only at 8:25am a guy came to unlock with the staff standing waiting at the door.Where is the manager?We had to setup the tables ourselves with the help of the magnificent staff. This manager Onslo is not worth the salary that he is being paid and I believe this is something that is happening quite often.....

Food was average, worse than many local good restaurants, however they should be better. For instance the chips that go with the steak tasted of poor quality fat. The pizza was crispy underneath. I hope Longridge can improve their food, because everything else was wonderful; staff were superb and the restaurant vibe and location a delight. But we won’t be back because of the relatively poor quality food.

Absolutely beautiful place and stunning view to enjoy a fine dining with your loved ones. The foods and service was great. It was really a very good price for 3 course menu for R300 as it had generous portions. I could not finish the main and dessert although it taste so good! I love the liver peri2 starter so much.We definitely will be back !

Amazing views, excellent selection of meals, with fresh herbs grown in their well laid out gardens.Ideal place to relax, even enjoy a breakfast.

Totally enjoyed everything about this restaurant....it took me back too my lazy sun-filled holidays in Europe. This venue setting is chilled, inviting and has absolutely stunning views....it is situated on the foot of one of the many Stellies" mountains

Magnificent, truly beautiful, tranquil and peaceful views surrounded by awe inspiring mountains, fine dining, stellar service and friendl6 staff, 5star venue with the best wines our country offers - what is not too love.

We had a great lunch at Longridge. Food portions are large and very tasty! Did 3 courses. The salmon roses where melt in the mouth delicious with and lovely sesame seed addition. Steak was not done as requested but was still very tasty. Veggies nice and crisp. Friends 'forced' the chocolate volcano on me. It was amazing! Relaxing setting and we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. The wine pairing was great. I will return! The pork belly and spicy livers also got great revues from my friends who join us.

Ambience and view from the restaurant were lovely, but portions of kingklip were very small and thin. Lamb curry was uninspiring and arrived like warm.Sushi starter wasn't great. The plate of chips we ordered with our food order arrived when we had finished our meal. The chips were really good.
