Love this place . Could spend hours in here looking at the reptiles and hamsters. Staff are very friendly and helpful

I am quite disgruntled with this pet store at the moment.We spent over an hour at the store on the weekend choosing an array of fish for our tank. We bought Tetras, Danio's and a Siamese fighter.We asked multiple times with the manager on duty if this would be alright and we were told as long as the other fish aren't big, the Siamese will be alright.But with a few days down the line, our Siamese fighter is eating all of our other fish. Especially our favourite little longfinned Danio.The store does not want to take ANY responsibility for their bad recommendations nor do they want to take the fish back. They say we must find another pet store to take him back. Else we will have to flush him. :/Please! No matter what the store tells you, Siamese fighters are Carnivorous. Do not put them in with smaller fish AND they can not eat tropical fish food. Please! They need high protein!

This is one of my favorite pet stores. it is a bit pricey, but i love the fact that the animals are in good conditions and every time i am there Teric is always busy with the animals attending to their needs, and he is a super friendly guy, he make the experience of buying there just so much better

I am SO happy with this pet Shop. I have 5 Toy poms and they can only eat Royal Canin puppy food because they're old and some teeth fell out, so i buy small pallets. Got discount and were suggested to register online for R300 off vouchers. Bought R1200s food for R600. Thank you!!! Their prices is also cheaper and definitely a competetor for other pet shops. I save R45 per packet at normal price

The staff here is always very helpful and really goes out of their way to help you with whatever you need. They also recognised us after our second visit which made us feel really special.

I love The Queen! They're always super friendly and are willing to climb ladders as much as is needed to help you find your perfect fit item. I visit them at least, every winter for jersies for the doggos. Inevitably they get treats as well.

The Queen Pet Shop, help me to get the write food for my puppies - 8 puppies. The mom were sick and I had to feed them. Thank you so much.

Very clean and neat. No assistance. Only fish and small birds. No cats or dogs or any other animals! Lots off accessories! Prices are fair and dog food was cheap!!
