I went to Mogwasie 2 times with no success. Then went to Rustenburg I was in line 4h00 in morning I was already15th in line. Once they opened everything inside was well organized no persons slacking. Everyone knew what they had to do and there was an even flow. Thanks to the friendly and helpfull staff. The problem here is not home affairs its just the big ampunt of people that needs to be helped. So only advice from me is if you want to be gelped be there early

“System is slow” is the answer to every question here. Why we need to be queuing for hours to collect documents that are ready is beyond me! Half the staff is doing a good job providing speedy service and the other half seem to really hate their jobs! Hysterical!

08 July Was there with my kids from 7H30am and left at 14H50pm whilst we were still out side the building. 11 July we were there at 3H18am and were number 4 on the line outside. I left for work at 6H00am leaving my kids to go to work. At 11H30am I called the kids and they say they are still outside as the system is down and the Home Affairs Offices are still closed.Poor service from this department.

I've been here since 6:00 am and now it's 12:02.Been in the same position for almost 2 hours now no movement at all in the ques.Poor poor poor poor service. Government should start employing the youth these old ladies and men are too old to be working under pressure

I really want to say BIG UP to online bookings system. Made an appointment on for 18 July 2022 at Rustenburg Offices. It took me less than 15 minutes and I was finished out of the office. Today I received a message that passport is ready for collection. I even advised my collogues to start using the system.
