I’m very unpleased with their services. They lack sense of emergency!I would never recommend their services.They’ve proven to be incompetent in multiple emergency cases.Staff is rude, defensive and unhelpful.

Would not recommend this place to anyone! They arrive so long after everything was stolen! We would arrive there after the alarm went off, get to a business that everything has been stolen from and we stand there waiting for them. Have had a few times when we had problems. Not once were they on time before we were there. Also everytime when confronted they say it is unknown why the alarms took long or it is not their fault the alarms did not work etc etc etc. Story after story. We have lost thousands and not once were they able to or be on time but they want monthly payments! Beyond dissapointed. And would not reccomend these people when you arrive before them! They may work for small house problems but to protects a business they are not capable of that. The vision of this company is absolutely fake promises thats cost us so much money. But they want their monthly payment! Might as well be my own security team since they never arrive! Useless!
