Purchased a hutch from petzone. The quality of the hutch is extremely poor. There’s nails sticking out throughout the hutch and the wood pieces are not even secured well. Extremely disappointed.However, Deon replaced the hutch the next day. And his staff checked the hutch thoroughly. Thank you for the efficient service.

Absolutely atrocious experience. Deon was rude and continuously shouted at me and my mother. I originally asked if I could get a lower price as I found him on Facebook. Typically Facebook is where one goes to haggle and I did not realize that this would be met with such hostility. The way with which he was messaging me and communicating with my mom made me very uncomfortable to the extent that I felt scared to pick up from him, so I brought my boyfriend. Luckily he was not on location. There was a mixup on arrival as I understood that there should be a mesh at the bottom of the hatch. It was my mistake as it was in the description but not the image. I phoned and asked him why I had to pay extra for the mesh since the image included it and he screamed at me aggressively despite telling him to calm down various times. Not to mention how we were pressured to rush and pickup. We paid on Sunday and it only reflected on Tuesday. He was very impatient that it didn't reflect by the Monday and kept telling us that he will have to sell to someone else because WE KNEW THE TERMS!" constantly raising his voice. So not only were we hassled profusely on payment but we had to come on Tuesday and he gave us no other option. This was not discussed as a nessecity before sending in our 50% deposit.He accused me of rushing him and being rude from the get go
