Their meters aren't accurate or they can't read them. So they bill you on avaergaes which are stupidly high. No alternative is given to come read your meter for actual usage. Phoned multiple for the meter to be fixed which they said it would be but it's been 18 months since the first complaint.They all about extortion and you must fit the bill for their poor service.

The service is terrible. Inaccurate meter readings and when you contact them to voice these issues they just tell you that they’ve raised the issue with someone else. It’s been a month since we’ve asked for someone to check the meter readings because our bills have tripled for no reason and still no one has come.

Poor administration, unaccurate meter readings,poor customer service,rude staff with 0 listening skill and horrible telephone etiquette. No support team after hours, their app is not user friendly,listed banks that do not even support their app .Do these people even have a manager?they have no sense of urgency,none,zilch,nothing,nada.
