I am very happy with the service I received from BrightSparkz Tutors. Bupe was very professional, helpful and prompt. She found a great tutor for us in a very short space of time. Bupe also checked in on our progress throughout the tutoring period.We were also very pleased with our tutor Paige. She was fantastic! Always prompt and well prepared. Most importantly Paige was friendly and relatable, so my daughter connected well with her. She took time to understand my daughters needs and was flexible with lessons so as to accommodate any specific queries from my daughter. I am grateful for my kids having been matched up with Leah C she got to immediately understand each Childs needs, strengths and their capabilities and continuously encourages them to see beyond what they feel as a limit to themselves. She is very dedicated, passionate and makes the tutoring so easy there is always that enthusiasm for the next lesson. She has a patient spirit and also approaches the subjects based on their level of understanding, there has been so much improvement with both of them with their marks since she started tutoring them. I’ve only started using BrightSparkz tutoring in the fourth term for both my children and was hoping and praying to see results as i was delayed but to my surprise Jenifer really came through for us!! My daughter is much more confident in Maths and My son use to hate being tutored but he actually didn’t mind and would sit and listen carefully to Jenifer!! What an extremely wonderful experience!!!!I signed my son up with BrightSparkz Tutors for reading & scribe for the last semester's exams. Not only did I receive prompt feedback from BrightSparkz Tutors, but it was a very pleasant experience for my son, as he is very shy and doesn't communicate well with strangers, but told me that he was completely calm and comfortable with his Tutor, Francois that was assigned to help him.Above the excellent service and experience, my son received his marks for his English Exam that Francois assisted with, and he got 88%!!!!!!!!!I will definitely recommend BrightSparkz Tutors for any and everyone or parents that need extra assistance with their children!

My son needed urgent help with grade 11 Afrikaans. I was advised to look at BrightSparkz, since we live overseas. Wow! We had the option to choose our tutor ourselves. What an amazing Tutor we had! We will continue our relationship with BrightSparkz. In future we plan to continue with help with revision for exams and upcoming tests! Buying the package that suits your needs, is another amazing option they provide. Our Tutor could speak Afrikaans and English fluently! They communicate regularly, very professionally and they provide ongoing support. 10/10 for BrightSparkz and to our tutor!
