F45 Frenchs Forest is my happy place, the workouts are easy to follow, there’s lots of variety so you don’t get bored and are challenging for everyone from beginners to experienced gym goers. The trainers know your name and are focused on helping you achieve your goals. The members are welcoming and supportive and I love being a part of the F45 FF community.

In all my years of going to gyms f45 has the only model that has me committed to going 4+ times a week. f45 Frenchs Forest has great coaches to motivate you - it’s like having a personal coach every session. The members are also friendly, supportive and like minded, such a great community.

Great new gym in Frenchs Forest offering F45 workouts - high intensity interval training that works up a sweat and burns loads of calories. Experienced coaches, brand new equipment and convenient location. There's even a DJ on a Saturday morning!

For a number of years I swapped between various forms of exercise but couldn't find something I was motivated enough to keep up. A friend recommended F45 Frenchs Forest and I haven't looked back - I love the variety of the sessions, the friendly and motivating coaches and my fellow members who are a great bunch. Give it a try!

Highly recommend F45 Frenchs Forest!I enjoy the workouts and how simple they are to follow; they are regularly varied, which is great! You're never bored!The trainers are fantastic; they are extremely helpful, friendly, and keep you motivated!The atmosphere is incredible, it's a true community, everyone is so nice, and I always leave with a smile on my face!I love starting my day at F45.

So glad I found F45 Frenchs Forest! Everyone has been so welcoming and the trainers provide a great level of guidance and motivation. The workouts give you a great balance throughout the week and it’s easy to get addicted and want to come every day. Not much can get me out of bed before 6am but these guys sure do!
