Have never felt so ripped off. Bought 30 bags compost and took a price pamphlet to see other products later only to find when I looked at it later I could have gotten the bulk bags 1 m3 for R300 less than I paid for the 30 bags (around 1/2 m3). I appreciate my fault for not knowing better but surely you advise customers purchasing like this of the bulk option before jumping on charging them significantly more for less?

Went to buy enough grass for a 2.5m x 3.5 m area. The person working at the office was unable to calculate the surface area needed. So I told her that it’s 9 square meters I need. Since the grass sheets aren’t sized at square meters but rectangular rolls, she was unable to calculate accurately how many rolls of grass she needed to sell me. She ended up selling me 47 rolls of grass even after arguing with her telling her that this looks like way too much grass than I will need. I didn’t even end up use half. I feel that the only skill required to work at this place is to be able to accurately work out how much grass to sell a customer based on the surface area they require. The grass was also half dead and smelled of sewage.

Good service. I don’t have a Bakkie, but everyone made a plan to place lawn carefully into my husband’s suv. The grass is a good quality and reasonably priced. My only complaint is that they aren’t open on Sundays.

I received a quote and paid in full (over R9000) to have a new lawn laid in September. I understood that there was a delay with the type of lawn but I have emailed on 6 October and asked for an update and NO RESPONSE. I have called all the numbers on the website. They all ring but then NO ANSWER. I am very concerned that this may not be a legitimate business. Has anyone else had this TERRIBLE SERVICE? @GrassFactory PLEASE CONTACT ME!

Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, very good experience. Paid, pulled up and loaded. The staff that load are carefully to put a plastic sheet down in your car to protect it, which is appreciated!
