Krugersdorp DLTC Testing Station

Gave this public facility a good score because of their efficient service even though some of the facilities like ablution could do with a facelift etc.The place is located in a large convenient site, lots of public parking space, well organised and good visibility of staff helping with wherever you need to go.Came to renew my driver's licence and the process took no more than 40mins considering other public service centres around the country. On collection, I was in and out of the in literally 10mins.Well done to the management and staff commitment at this place. They really made my day.

Very quick service. The line faster than usual at other gov places. Great customer service, even security and reception here do not have a bad attitude, they will help and explain.

Experience was OK however on the one side they only accept cash and on the other they accept only cards also always take photos even if you only renew. I was there for a ou 2hours

I am very impressed with the online license renewal appointment system. You go 30-50min before your appointment and get helped in a flash. Yes, you wait a few minutes, but there are no long queues as before.I was also assisted very quickly in registering a vehicle on my name and did not wait more than 15 minutes.I will recommend this test station anytime.

As expected with traffic departments, there are usually long queues for waiting for various services, however not as long as other departments in the CBD. Fairly efficient.Staff could be more friendly, however it doesn't apply to all, some are kind and helpful.

Better experience than expected. Still getting those guys jumping the qeue at the admin (pay) counters openly without security stopping them to do so whilst others have to follow the protocol and have to wait for almost an hour.

I visited the station on 18/03/2023, which is on a Saturday. I expected poor service and dreaded going but I was pleasantly surprised to find that the staff were helpful and that they had a system in place to help you as fast as they can. I spent a total of an hour there, while I was prepared to be there all day.Just note that when you visit them on a Saturday that they are only open on the first 3 Saturdays of the month from 8:00 until 11:00.

Make sure you get into the correct line. Make sure you arrive an hour early when renewing your driver's license. They will get the job done, not necessarily with a smile, but they will get it done. Took me almost 2 hours to renew my driver's license but they got it done. Definitely one of the better centres.
