Washworks Carwash

Quite disappointed with the negative reviews. I have used this car wash consistently for over fifteen years, going again today, and they are really great and good value. My car always comes back in 'one down from valet' condition.

Worst carwash ever! Payed R400 for a mini valet, my floor mats are not even clean. Don't waste your money at this place

My car is not 100% clean. They cut corners in the tight space. Reason for the one star is that I got my car back with a dent in my hood. Well done.

Got the mini Valet. Washed the outside okay-ish, vacuumed the carpet, but there is still dirt all over the plastic parts. Very disappointed in them and myself for not actually checking until I was on the road.

What a terrible wash. A double cab bakkie, the entire front bumper not washed, only one wheel mag was washed. The back of the bakkie not washed as the lady thought we might want to keep the sand on the car for our garden?! Wow. That's a pretty creative response to Why isn't the back of the car washed?""

This is the WORST car wash service in the entirety of Cape Town. I’ve taken my car there twice in hopes the second time would be better, however it was worse. Paid R212 for a mini valet only to find the entire inside of the car had not been cleaned but instead just very badly vacuumed.I told the person on arrival to make sure the car was cleaned properly as the first experience wasn’t too pleasant only to come back to a filthy car. They wash the outside (also very badly) and then charge you for a valet.Worst worst worst experience. Would not recommend. They would be better off if they closed shop, how many people does it take to wash a car?? Clearly they don’t know.

Extremely dissatisfied with the poor service. Asked the attendant for a wash and the car was still covered in water marks 2 hours later both the body panels and the windscreen.Once the attendant realised I was looking for the manager to lay a complaint he tried to correct the poor work by wiping down the car while my vehicle was running.Shocking service.

The seats were not properly cleandI expected to be spotless and clean , played 120 for a Mini Valet

Good car wash, I use them often for my business vehicles, as long at the managers are monitoring the staff otherwise the cleaners drag their feet and scratch cars with the hoses which is just a lack of concentration on the cleaners part no fault of the management. Good option if you're visiting the V&A Waterfront, it's a little far from the main shopping area than people may be happy with but they have a complementary drop off service in a golf cart if you're not inclined to using your legs for walking.

R460 later and car was still dirty. Still dust inside the car, wax mark outside, small branches in boot that was never cleaned and wheels was untouched. What a waste of money. Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I would have expected that service if they charged me R100, Not R460.
