He was always punctual with his appointments and gave me the best and most economical advise. We are presently doing some major roof replacement and repairs. Neville's pleasant disposition brings to light that he is passionate about his job. Great work by Suburban. I had knotty pine roof and ceiling, infested with wood borer in 2 of my rooms at my home on the Berea installed by previous owners in 1979. Fumigation by a well known company lasted only a year.Suburban replaced the beams and trusses with treated ( against borer )timber beams and trusses The ceilings are vaulted so the beams are visible and decorative. Suburban gave a brilliant finish to the roof inside and outside.Attention to detail.I would recommend Suburban Roofing any time.

Highly recommend Suburban Roofing - they are simply in a different class. Professional, able to identify the problem and fix it. We had leakage and instead of patching up the problem like four other contractors had done - they were able to pinpoint the exact problem and we have not had a problem since. Their end to end process from quote, planning, execution and invoicing is commendable as well.

Suburban Roofing did great work to repair my roof which had been giving me endless problems for the past few years. After many attempts to fix it, I decided to enquire with them and Mathew did such a fantastic job assessing my roof and explaining how he can assist me with the leaks. Their quote was reasonable compared to other contractors, who didn’t even bother assessing my roof as well as he did. We’ve had a few storms since the repairs were done, and for the first time in a long while I can actually be at ease and not worry about mopping up floors and damaged ceilings after it rains!
