Have been using Imperial for a while now and every time we were left impressed. The last time we booked them was for a deep clean of our entire house because we had some guests coming over. Their cleaners were punctual and very efficient in the way they washed, scrubbed, and wiped our place inside and out. The place was spotless after a thorough deep clean. Keep up the good work.

The Imperial Cleaning team did a fantastic job. They left my apartment spotless! 10/10 would recommend.

HORRIFIED! We booked a service for 09:00 on a Monday, paid the deposit, and never heard from them again. They never showed up, never contacted us, and wouldn't answer calls, texts or emails.After over 40 missed calls (call logs for proof), they then TEXTED us a 19:00 simply saying ‘apologies’, and that would come the next day. We had specified needing a DEEP CLEAN due to a fire, and sending multiple photographs of the areas needing cleaning (chat history for proof), yet they rocked up half an hour late, and did only very basic, superficial cleaning.They cleaned the ceilings with a mop and basically just smeared the smoke stains around. No sugar soap or any deep cleaning materials. No light fitting was touched (while being specifically stated in the inclusions). Left dirty water marks all over our walls. Washed the OUTSIDE of our glassware, but not the inside. Left the blinds untouched and dirty. Left areas of the ceiling blatantly untouched. The supervisor told me that was as best as it could be cleaned, but I showed him how most of it was still coming off, simply with a wet cloth.I then tried to call the manager, again to multiple unanswered calls, but when I left a voicemail saying that I was not going to pay the rest until the job was done, I was called back within SECONDS.The ‘manager’ then proceeded to scream at me over the phone, telling me that I was a thief, and that I promised, and threaten me that the cleaning crew would not leave my house until the payment was made. I told her I had EVERY intention to pay, but would do so once the job was complete, however, she proceeded to tell me that it ‘looked better than it did’, and never laid eyes on the place herself.The supervisor also told me that they clock off at 16:00, and when I told the manager that the cleaning was not complete, she told me that they, in actual fact, work until 17:00, and that I must tell them to keep cleaning. This was at 16:52. Giving them 8 minutes to basically reclean my entire house.They then said that I had not told them the full extent of the job, yet I have a full chat history with the original request and photos to prove otherwise.To this day, I have still not received a single phone call with an explanation, apology, or attempt to rectify the situation, yet finally received a TEXT to tell me that I can find someone else in my area to finish the job.The most incompetent service I have EVER received. Disgusting lack of respect. And a blatant lack of management and liability.

Complete rip-off. Was charged R1,000 to clean a small shower and toilet, and all they managed was the shower. The toilet had scale build-up which required the proper equipment and products to clean - which you think a cleaning company would have - but all they did was try with a brush and some normal cleaning agents. After 45min they gave up and said there's nothing they could do. Billed me R1,000 and left. I complained about it and was told there isn't anything they could since the scale can't be removed. So I bought some descaler off Takealot and poured it in the toilet. Within an hour or two all the scale was removed - didn't even have to brush it off. I showed the pictures to them of the clean toilet and they stopped responding and have ignored me since. Absolute waste of money and completely unprofessional. Stay away!

Superficial cleaning had to do most of the post renovations cleaning myself. Had to pay full price they did offer me a cleaning lady for one day. I declined the offer. There was no contractors on site. It was an empty house that needed to be cleaned before occupancy.

Highly recommend. I have an apartment I rent out on Airbnb, and Imperial Cleaning Service's staff makes the cleaning part a breeze. They have a keen eye for detail, and their cleaning standards are very high.

The guys came by to clean the mould off my bathroom walls and ceiling. They were so quick and efficient and did such an amazing job !! The walls are spotless. Melissa‘s response time is swift and she’s also such a pleasure to speak to. Will definitely be calling them again.

Few weeks ago I had my bathroom steam cleaned and it hasn’t ever looked better and after my Smeg Gas stoves was cleaned I felt as if I had a brand new stove.
